Each profile combines place, history, serving practice, and preparation, while keeping health evidence in its own clearly labeled section. Sources are attached only when their subject matches the nearby statement; legends and disputed origin stories are identified as such.
What is the coverage roadmap?
The next expansion should deepen taxonomy and provenance: canonical names, aliases, producing region, cultivar, harvest season, processing vocabulary, preparation method, cultural context, and dated sources.
